Vicky brings to the community over 20 years of experience in the Life Mentoring that includes Milestone Celebrations.  Together with her husband Roger, she owns and operates Grassroots Rural Retreat located on Hwy 86 east of Lucknow.  As your Marriage Commissioner, Vicky will work closely with you to co-create a Civil Ceremony that expresses and reflects the sacred nature of your love in a personal way.  Vicky invites you to give the Centre a call and set up a time to meet with her to explore your ceremony needs.  Vicky looks forward to the journey with you both.

Allan Tranter

Allan is a lifelong resident of the Ripley -Kincardine area. He is recently retired, having worked as a teacher for the Bluewater Board of Education and as a local business owner. Civil wedding ceremonies are available for all couples wishing to join together in marriage. As Marriage Commissioner, he would be pleased to officiate your wedding at a location of your choice, be it formal or informal. Allan is inspired by your love and commitment and looks forward to being part of your upcoming special day!

D.R. "Doug" Davies

Doug moved to Point Clark (between Kincardine and Goderich) in 2000 following his retirement from Citizenship and Immigration Canada in Kitchener-Waterloo after 40 years of service. During that time, he acquired significant experience in presiding over formal and informal ceremonies of many kinds.

Doug offers dignified yet casual officiating in a location and time of your choice anywhere in Ontario. Many options to chose from in this area including the Council Chambers, his or your home and the shores of Lake Huron etc. Doug is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate all your needs and wishes on your special day.
