Water Well Improvement Program

The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority (SVCA) and Nuclear Waste Management Organization have partnered to offer the Water Well Improvement Program. This program provides financial support for landowners to help protect groundwater. The funding program is a cost-sharing program to decommission or upgrade private wells. The program is being facilitated through the SVCA, please contact them for more information about the program.

Grey-Bruce Health Unit Moves To Yellow “Protect” Level
On November 23, 2020, the Grey-Bruce Health Unit moved to Yellow “Protect” Level as outlined in the Provincial COVID Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open.
The Yellow Level indicates the Grey-Bruce Health Unit has seen a weekly incidence rate of 10 to 24.9 people per 100,000, testing positive.
