New Facility Booking Calendar

Online Booking is LiveThe Huron-Kinloss Community Services Department has moved to a new booking calendar that allows renters to book one of our many facilities including social rooms, sports fields, pavilions and the Ripley Arena Ice Surface.

Rentals are available for the Ripley-Huron Community Centre, auditorium, kitchen and social rooms as well as the Ripley Arena ice pad. Renters can also book time on our sports fields, pavilions and picnic areas as well as the Point Clark Community Centre and the Lucknow Townhall.

Simple ProcessThe process is easy! Simply create an account, select your desired facility to rent, date and time. Once submitted, the request will be sent to our Community Services Department and they can approve, make adjustments to the invoice, and send the invoice with payment options.

The great part is, double bookings will be eliminated, as renters cannot select a date/time for a facility - for example booking ice - if someone else has already booked it.

You can visit the Facility Calendar and filter to the desired facility (PCCC, RHCC, Lucknow Townhall) and see what is happening and what is available to rent.
