Huron-Kinloss Youth Science Camps
The Township of Huron-Kinloss is offering two science-based summer camps in 2019. Registration for these camps are now open. The Nuclear Waste Management Organization has provided a funding program for youth with an emphasis on learning initiatives that focus on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). It is through this funding, that Huron-Kinloss residents are eligible to receive a discounted registration fee for these summer camps.

Discovery Western Science Camp 2019
THIS CAMP IS NOW FULL
Discovery Western Science Camp is returning in 2019! This camp was a huge success last summer, offering students hands-on experience in robotics, LEGO Robolab, programming, scientific demonstrations and swimming! Discovery Western Camp is organized by Western Engineering Outreach from the University of Western Ontario and runs from August 19-23 for students entering Grades 4-6 at the Lucknow and District Sports Complex.

GEMS Ripley Summer Camp 2019
GEMS Learning Institute is offering a GEMS Ripley Summer Day Camp from August 12-16 for students entering Grades 1-3. This camp will give students an opportunity for hands-on learning in STEM activities, programming, robotics and science experiments. This camp will be held at the Ripley-Huron Community Centre.
