2018-2019 Win this Space Winner Announced!

Congratulations to Danielle Sutton!

The Township of Huron-Kinloss launched its’ 2018-2019 Win this Space Program in September last year with the objective of finding a motivated entrepreneur to open a business in downtown Lucknow or Ripley. The Program was piloted in Ripley last year and resulted in a restaurant, FIG Studio Kitchen, opening in downtown Ripley. Since opening in August, FIG Studio Kitchen has received rave reviews from patrons and Huron-Kinloss wishes the owners Dave and Veronika Cook continued success.

We are pleased to announce that our judging panel has selected Danielle Sutton of Lucknow as the winner of this year’s Win this Space with her business concept, “The Pot Still Eatery”. Danielle describes The Pot Still Eatery as an eatery offering fast and healthy breakfast and lunch options in an upscale fun, entertaining and unique atmosphere. The runner-up was Nicole Griffin of Ripley, with her business concept, Fishbowl Studios.

Thanks to the incredible support of the local business community, Danielle was presented with a prize package worth up to $25,000, which includes:
