Open Air Fire Ban Revoked for the Township of Huron-Kinloss

OPEN AIR FIRE BAN REVOKED FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF HURON-KINLOSS
Huron-Kinloss, ON Effective Immediately Under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, subsection 4(1) Mayor Twolan has revoked the Municipal Order to not permit open air burning in any Fire Department jurisdiction within the Township of Huron-Kinloss.
This permits all open air burns and recreational fires (campfires) to occur in accordance with the Township of Huron-Kinloss Open Air Burning By-Law No.2016-139 (as amended); All Open Air-Fire permits are reinstated at this time.
All Beach Fire Permits remain suspended at this time in accordance with Ontario Regulation O/Reg 52/20 Organized Public Events and Certain Gatherings and Ontario Regulation O/Reg 104/20 Closure of Outdoor Recreational Amenities as per the directive of the Chief Fire Official
