Ripley Food Art and Craft Festival

The festival is held at the Ripley-Huron Community Centre located at 17 Queen St. in Ripley. This years event is being held on Saturday August 17th, 2024 from 9AM-2PM.

Now Accepting Vendor Registrations

Vendors can access the site to setup on Friday August 16th, 2024 from 2PM-6PM or Saturday morning from 8AM-9AM. 

The cost to register as a vendor is $40 including HST.

Each vendor will have on 10X10 booth with one 8 foot table and two chairs. If you require additional space you must purchase a second booth. If you require an extra table or extra chairs please let us know in the special requests section of this form. 

We will do our best to accommodate requests including booth location and vendor neighbours.

Vendor Regulations

• All work will be an original design, handcrafted items, and must be the artisans or crafters own work. Those selling goods other than those they have made will be asked to remove those items from their booth, or requested to leave the show.
• Food producers/ vendors will be locally grown or homemade and must comply with Grey-Bruce Public Health Regulations.
• Set up and take down are the responsibility of the exhibitor during the permitted set up and take down times.
• Booth is to remain set up for sale & fully staffed until close of show.
• Collection of taxes is the responsibility of the registrant.
• Registrants are to provide display materials such as extension cords, stands, backdrops and lighting. Limited access to electricity is available – it is important to indicate on the application if you require electricity.
• Booth size/table allotment and location of booths will be at the discretion of the organizing committee

Registration Information:

• Registrations will be handled on a first come/first serve basis until show is full.
• Receipt of application does not guarantee your acceptance to the show.
• Once you are accepted into the show, no refunds will be given.
