Agriculture Wellness Ontario invites community members and agricultural professionals to take part in a one-day Guardian Network training session. This in-person workshop equips participants with tools to recognize signs of mental distress, engage in supportive conversations, and connect farmers with appropriate mental health and crisis resources.

The Guardian Network is a growing community of trained mental health advocates working to reduce stigma and promote wellbeing in Ontario’s farming communities. If you're 18 or older and have direct ties to agriculture, this training is a meaningful way to make a difference.

This training is offered at no cost, and lunch will be provided for all participants.
