Stay moving, feel energized and enjoy the company of others in this beginner-friendly exercise program designed for people 55+.

Each session focuses on gentle, safe exercises to improve: Balance & Mobility, Strength & Flexibility, Overall energy and Well-being.

Whether you are a seasoned walker or just getting started, this is your chance to enjoy the beauty of local trails, breathe in fresh air and connect with others. 

Sole Mates is a program offered by Active Living 55+ Kincardine and Area

Join us for a fun afternoon of Canada Day Co-Ed Mushball game at the Ripley Ball Diamond
This is a non-competitive game for players over the age of 18 years. Players will be divided into two even teams the day of.

• Date: July 1 (more dates to come, depending on interest)
• Game time: 1:30pm
• Location: Ripley Ball Diamond
• Cost is $5/player
