Join the Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop from your own computer or device 

Tuesdays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Beginning October 1st to November 5th, 2024

This FREE six-week workshop will help caregivers care for themselves and:

• reduce stress
• better communicate feelings
• increase their ability to make tough decisions
• locate helpful resrouces 
• take care of themselves

These gatherings offer residents an opportunity to engage in conversation with the Mayor, ask specific questions, and seek general information. They play a crucial role in fostering our vision of a unified, engaged, and caring community that cultivates opportunities and embraces our rural lifestyle.

While no formal decisions are reached during these events, they serve as a platform for understanding the decision-making process and discovering where to access information.

Each event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and light refreshments will be provided.
