Seniors Cooking Class - Free Event!
Seniors Cooking Class with Kathy Goodhue Drennan and Pampered Chef.

Canada Day Mushball Game
Join us for a fun afternoon for a Canada Day Co-Ed Mushball game at the Ripley Ball Diamond
This is a non-competitive game for players over the age of 18 years. Players will be divided into two even teams the day of.

Pickleball Tournament August 8, 2026
The Point Clark Pickleball volunteers are hosting a Pickleball Tournament on August 8, 2026 at the Ripley-Huron Community Centre to fundraise towards the The Point Clark Pickleball Court Project, which includes construction of 6 new courts at the Point Clark Community Centre.
This fundraising tournament will offer play for mixed doubles, men's doubles and ladies' doubles. You are guaranteed four games per division. The price will be $100 per team. You must register as a doubles team and pay at time of registration. You may choose to play in both the mixed doubles as well as the men's or ladies' doubles or in just one division. Please keep in mind that if you choose to play in two divisions, the fee is $100 per team per division.
There is limited space (16 teams per division) to play so registration will be on a first come, first served basis.

Point Clark Outdoor Pickleball
Organized Outdoor Pickleball is enjoy from May to September in the Point Clark Community Centre parking lot, Monday to Friday from 9:30AM - 11:30AM. The cost for the season is $44 plus HST. Registration for Outdoor Pickleball in Point Clark will open May 4, 2026. Once players have registered, paid and completed the Par-Q form, you will be given the code to the Point Clark Pavilion to access the equipment.
Minor baseball games/practices are held weeknights at the Point Clark Ball Diamond, so we kindly ask that Pickleball games end by 4:30pm weekdays.
Pickleball games cannot be played on weekends between Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. The Point Clark Community Centre and Ball Diamonds are quite busy in the summer months with weddings, family picnics and baseball games/tournaments. Pickleball players will asked to stop the game and vacate the space.

Huron Lakeshore Friendship Club
Are you over 50 and looking for new activities to keep you active? Then the Huron Lakeshore Friendship Club is for you! From shuffleboard to weekly card games, there is something for everyone!

The Huron Lakeshore Friendship Club is a local group of adults over the age of 50, who gather at the Point Clark Community Centre and participate in weekly activities. The Club has executive, who have monthly meetings to plan and coordinate events, activities and community events. New members are always welcome! The annual Membership Fee is $10. Executive Meetings are held the first Thursday each month. Potluck lunch for all members is the last Thursday of the month.
Aside from weekly activities, the Club has a Pancake Brunch, Harvest Dinner and Christmas Dinner for Club Members and a community Craft and Bake sale each fall!

Adult Fitness Punch Card

Huron-Kinloss Community Services Department is offering a drop-in adult fitness punch card this winter in the auditorium at the Ripley-Huron Community Centre (RHCC). Sneak in your exercise while your child is on the ice for hockey or learn to skate!
The space and equipment is available during RHCC open hours and if the auditorium is not already rented for another event. Waivers and PAR-Q forms must be completed before the first use.
Punch cards will include a 10 pass for $50 (plus HST). Once a participant purchases the pass, they can use the spin bikes and fitness equipment. Participants can only use the equipment if a punch card it purchased. The card can be picked up at the RHCC administration office and when used, arena staff will punch the card each time. Participants must wipe the equipment down with disinfectant spray provided after each use.

Indoor Pickleball
Indoor Pickleball session is running from October 15 to April 30, and is offered Monday to Thursday at the Lucknow Community Centre from 10:00am to 12:00pm, as well as Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm most weeks. Huron-Kinloss Community Services, in partnership with Molly Nixon, offers a Ladies Rec Hockey League this winter! If you are 25+ and wanting to play a non-competitive pick-up hockey game on Sunday mornings at the Ripley Arena. Registration is now open!
The 2025/2026 season has come to an end and will start back up again on Sundays in October 2026.
Time: 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.

- Full equipment is required and a CSA approved helmet
- No Contact
- Players will need a light and dark jersey
- 30 skaters maximum and 2 goalies
