Leaf Pick-Up Days for November 2025

The Township of Huron-Kinloss will be offering curbside leaf collection this November to help residents manage seasonal yard clean-up.

Collection Dates

• Monday, November 3, 2025 – Ripley and Lucknow
• Tuesday, November 4, 2025 – Lakeshore area (Amberley to Huronville)

Please keep in mind that these dates may change depending on the weather. Any updates will be shared on the Township’s website and Facebook page.

What You Need to Know

To make sure your leaves are picked up:

• Use paper yard waste bags only – plastic bags will not be accepted
• Bags must weigh no more than 25 lbs (11 kg)
• Place bags at the roadside by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day

Yard Waste Depots Open Through October

If you prefer to drop off your yard waste, our depots in Ripley and Lucknow are open 24/7 throughout October. They will close in November depending on weather conditions.

What You Can Bring

• Leaves (in paper bags)
• Brush and small branches (under 6 inches in diameter)
• Grass clippings (in paper bags)

• Ripley: 2083 Concession 6 E – beside the Huron Landfill
• Lucknow: 907 Havelock Street – south of the soccer fields
