Notice of Pesticide Use - Weed Control

The Township of Huron-Kinloss intends to control weeds on sidewalks, road safety signs, and guard rails.  Weeds will be sprayed throughout municipally managed or owned property in the Township of Huron-Kinloss, using the pesticide known as Roundup Ultra II Weathermax Registration #27487 under the Pest Control Products Act (Canada).  The application of pesticide will be completed for public health and safety per section 7.1(2) of the Pesticides Act. 

Commencing on June 10 – September 30th, weather permitting.
