Ripley-Huron Community Centre - Arena Floor

4-Day Wedding Package

Rental Fee: $8,000 + HST

Access: Thursday at 8:30 a.m. to Sunday at 5:00 p.m.

Capacity: Up to 1,100 guests

Package Includes:

Tent liners and decorative curtains
Full commercial-grade kitchen
Round and square tables
Chairs
Dishware, wine glasses, and cutlery
Full parking lot access

This package is ideal for large celebrations requiring plenty of space and extended setup and teardown time.

Ripley-Huron Community Centre - Auditorium

3-Day Wedding Package

Rental Fee: $7,000 + HST

Access: Friday at 8:30 a.m. to Sunday at 10:00 p.m.

Capacity: Up to 200 guests

Package Includes:

Tent liners and decorative curtains
Full commercial-grade kitchen
Round and square tables
Chairs
Dishware, wine glasses, and cutlery
Full parking lot access

A perfect option for mid-sized weddings looking for a fully serviced indoor space.

Point Clark Community Centre

Wedding Package

Rental Fee: $1,650 + HST

Access: Friday at 9:00 a.m. to Sunday at 5:00 p.m.

Package Includes:

Commercial-grade kitchen
Rectangle tables
Chairs
Dishware, wine glasses, and cutlery
Parking lot access

This venue offers a charming and budget-friendly option close to Lake Huron.

Bar and Liquor Service

All Township venues are fully licensed and staffed by Smart Serve–certified bartenders. The Township works with couples to offer flexible bar options based on your preferences.

Cash Bar (Stag & Doe Events)

Drinks sold for $6 each
85% of gross revenue returned to the bride and groom
Profit share issued by cheque after the event

Open Bar

Billed at $5 per drink after the wedding
Charges are per can or per shot
Wine billed separately

Wine Service

Couples may select the type of wine to be served
Invoiced at retail cost plus a corking fee of 20% of the retail price

Donation Bar

Couple is invoiced for all drinks consumed
A donation jar may be placed on the bar
Donations may be used toward the bar invoice

Stag & Doe / Wedding Incentive

Save 15% on your wedding rental fee when you book both your Stag & Doe and wedding at any Township of Huron-Kinloss facility.

Please note:

Security is required for Stag & Does
Security requirements are determined by the contracted company
The Township books security and invoices the renter directly
