Before starting any work that involves digging, request a locate to help protect yourself, your property and underground infrastructure.
The process has changed: Standard homeowner locate requests are now submitted online through Ontario One Call rather than by phone.
Request a Locate
Submit your request at least five business days before you plan to dig and wait until the required locates have been completed before starting your work.

Please note that Ontario One Call locates public underground infrastructure. Private infrastructure on your property may require a separate private locate.
