Tax Sales
Tax Sales
A tax sale is a public sale of one or more properties by a municipality to recover unpaid property taxes.
The sale is conducted in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules.
Important:
- Properties are sold as-is, with no guarantees about condition or use.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to research the property before participating.
- Tax sales are not typical real estate transactions and may involve additional risks.
There are currently no active tax sales scheduled.
When active sales are available, official public tender packages and submission guidelines can be downloaded from this webpage
