Move Your Body - Low Impact |
The Community Services Department is excited to work with Fitness Instructor Melissa Dozois for a low-impact movement class. This class focuses on strengthening and training the body to function well in every day life. You will your train mobility, strength, coordination and balance during these weekly classes.
Point Clark Community Centre Mondays & Wednesdays at 9am-10am Session 1 - April 3 to May 3 excluding April 10 for Easter Monday Session 2 - May 8 to June 7 excluding May 22 for Victoria Day. 9 Classes per session, each session is $90. Let's Ride! Beginner Spin Info Come get your sweat on with a beginner level Spin Class. Improve your form, endurance and strength while we spin through interval training, hill climbs, sprints, high intensity and recovery. Always set to energetic music that will keep you motivated!
