Move Your Body - Low Impact

The Community Services Department is excited to work with Fitness Instructor Melissa Dozois for a low-impact movement class. This class focuses on strengthening and training the body to function well in every day life. You will your train mobility, strength, coordination and balance during these weekly classes.

Point Clark Community Centre

Wednesdays at 10am-11am

We are offering two 6-week sessions:

  • Session 2: Nov. 2 to Dec. 7 (depending on interest in Point Clark, it may move to Ripley)

COST: $60/Session

 Let's Ride! Beginner Spin Info

Come get your sweat on with a beginner level Spin Class. Improve your form, endurance and strength while we spin through interval training, hill climbs, sprints, high intensity and recovery. Always set to energetic music that will keep you motivated! Each class ends with some strength work and a deep stretch!

TRX Blast

The Community Services Department is working with instructors to offer a TRX Blast Fitness Program. Dates and times will be announced soon.
