Fitness Programs

The Community Services Department offers and promotes a wide variety of fitness programs throughout the year for all ages. Most of the programs are seasonal, so we suggest checking this page regularly for updated information about our current offerings.

Indoor Spin Cycle Punch Cards

The Indoor Spin Cycle punch card gives you access to use the indoor spin bikes at the Ripley Huron Community Centre for 2 hour periods, at your leisure, and when you want! Just fill out a registration form with payment, receive a punch card, and then check the Ripley Community Centre calendar for the Auditorium's availability. Anytime the auditorium is not in use, and the Community Centre is open, you are welcome to use your punch cards. For more information, please contact the Department of Community Services at 519-395-2909 or by email. You can also print the Spin Punch Card Registration Form at home and return to the Community Services department.

The Lucknow Fitness Centre is a small town Gym that has everything you need to meet your health & fitness needs.  Clean, safe, and friendly environment with the best members around!  Open 24/7 for your convenience.

Yoga with Adrienne

Yoga is a wonderful way to bring balance to your life, by bringing focus inward, and providing a sense of inner peace. Adrienne Pollock, certified professional level Kripalu yoga instructor, will be offering beginner/intermediate yoga classes in a non-intimidating, safe environment. People new to yoga are welcome to attend.

Tuesdays 6:00pm -7:00pm in the RHCC Social Room - Intermediate Yoga 

This class is intended for practitioners that are ready to move to the next level of yoga. More posture flows, pranayama, longer holds, and challenging postures will be incorporated gradually.

Tuesdays 7:15pm -8:15pm in the RHCC Social Room - Beginner/Intermediate Yoga

Join Martina for Wellnastik, a fitness program designed for those 55+

Each class focuses on balance, coordination, light cardio, stretching & relaxation
Classes are held in the main hall at the Point Clark Community Centre on Wednesdays, from 9-10:30am

Drop-in Fee is $5 per class.

Please dress comfortably, bring thick socks and a blanket or yoga mat, chairs are available
