A tax sale is a public sale of one or more properties by a municipality to recover unpaid property taxes.
The sale is conducted in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules.
Important:
- Properties are sold as-is, with no guarantees about condition or use.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to research the property before participating.
- Tax sales are not typical real estate transactions and may involve additional risks.
There are currently no active tax sales scheduled.
